A Journey of Transformation

Mr Ritesh Jain had an old corner residence in Jaipur. His mother was emotionally attached with the house, so he decided to renovate the house. The requirements included a lavish home though simple and elegant with a modern theme. After the discussion about the requirements, Vipin conveyed his minimalistic thoughts in the form of reformation and designed a lavish home for a typical joint Indian family in the pink city, in keeping with the clients’ needs. A massive hand chiselled sculpture environ by stone jali, finely placed in the green pocket, symbolizing peace and an abstract wooden mural in the wall niche close to green area, both exquisitely created by team of senior artists, are welcoming.

The exclusively designed entry gates mounted with real wooden panels are seen merging together and creating an exotic value to the residence. Strategic play of lights can be observed at night. Use of double heighted spaces for grandeur, wooden wall murals, wooden motifs add a play to the walls. A planter bay runs along the leather finished Kandla grey stone boundary wall. Its not just a landscape element but also visually separates from outside. The design team made sure that every inch of the space in the bungalow had been judiciously and thoughtfully put to the best use and managed to seamlessly flow the design concept from one space to another, thus transforming old house into a dream house.
